Startup Boost Goes Remote for Spring

At Startup Boost the health and well being of our startups, city directors, mentors, speakers and partners is paramount. With the evolving nature of COVID-19, we’ll be moving each program to a virtual venue where we’ll provide the same programming as found in traditional physical venues. We’ll continue to run the programs virtually until it is safe and appropriate to host live, in person meetings again.

The programs will keep the same methodology and focus on supporting local startups. Our program will remain the same including great speakers, pitch practice, and one-on-one mentorship; all that changes is the venue format.

A founder’s need for support does not pause for anything. We don’t plan on pausing either as our role is even more important in times like these.

Applications are open until Wednesday, March 25th, 2020. So if you have been hesitant to apply, sponsor, or volunteer, now is the time. You can begin your application to our, no fee charged and no equity taken Spring 2020 (remote) cohorts if you have not already started your application at startupboost.org/apply

Please note this article was updated on March 16th to extend our applications deadline 10 days to March 25th and push the program launch back two weeks to April 13th. This gives startups more time to deal with the changing circumstances that Covid19 presents and allows us to transition everyone onto our virtual program.
