Spring into Accelerators, Investment and Revenue this March!

Don’t fool yourself, that title was the perfect way to segway into chatting all about our SPRING…pre-accelerator programs in Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh and Chicago, designed to help get your startup ready for accelerators, investment and revenue generation. At least I like to think that’s what came to mind when I started writing this…

Over the past 2 years since Startup Boost launched we’ve had the opportunity to work with 160+ startups selected from an application pool of 2400 companies, we’re now in 8 cities and have run 21 programs to date and our alumni have gone on to raise $45m+ to date and get into the world’s top accelerators. We’re pretty happy to have been part of this process but what exactly is the ‘process’.

Well, Startup Boost is a Pre-Accelerator that is run by frankly amazing volunteer city directors that want to make an impact in their city. They get phenomenal speakers and mentors together one evening a week for 6 weeks to help up to 10 pre-seed startups and wrap up with a demo day and a virtual demo day (which we’ve been doing since 2018) a little after that. So all in all, our city directors are making an impact that really is unique in some very exciting early stage companies that are progressing faster to their next goal. And did I mention that if you’r selected we don’t charge a fee or take equity?
